     Right from the time of recruitment to meeting manners to offfice politics,there is a right way and wrong way to act. If you choose the wrong way, it can ruin your career. The way you dress speaks volume about your personality. These are workplace etiquette that has fallen by the way side in today's cooperate world.

     I want to believe that people that are being recruited by firms have not been taught the social skills that are part of their duties.Seminars need to be held about social part of business such as communication skills,general office behavior,dressing and appearance.coperate training can help to remedy the situation.

      Families also have some part to play in teaching their children basic skills they need to learn at home.Children learn by seeing,modelling and trying out behaviours until it become part of them.Therefore parents should always expose their children to good behavior.

       Schools,colleges and universities should include behavioural skills etiquette education in their curriculum,because right now it is not in their curriculum. We keep filling the labour market with graduates who lack the necessary skills to fit into available career vacancies.

       Some people are of the opinion that social network like facebook,tweeter,linkdin,google e.t.c are really affecting the output of workers nowadays in organization, i don't agree with it.Social network is good to be sincere, it is lack of proper etiquette that makes people sit down browsing social network sites throughout the day using company's time instead of engaging themselves in tasks that are productive.
      
        One piece of advise that people should follow is that they should try to be punctual whenever they have meeting to attend or somewhere to go,because  being late does not make somebody important rather it shows lack of respect to other members of the meeting.

       Etiquette mistake which businesses make a times include treating workers in demeaning way,not introducing someone if there is need for that,not including someone in conversation, talking to someone in front of the worker in a language that the worker doesn't know.It also includes taking glory of job done by an entire team.
