       When it comes to chosen profession a lot of us are not always prepared for it. Only very few have a destination.In other words they don't have goal and it is only when you have a goal that you will start planning on how to achieve it.Even moving animals have focus.They know where they are going and they have speed,a lion that is pursuing it's prey does it with speed and accuracy otherwise it will starve.To do well in any career needs love and dedication.People who fall in love with their profession usually do well than the average person that has no love for what he does to earn a living.
   You must look for new and better ways of doing the same thing that has not existed before.It is your initiative that will make you stand out from the crowd.Without roadmap of where you are going you doomed to fail.It is like a sailor that has no compass.Another strategy to succeed in your profession is to always have your vision in mind and not to give up whatever the circumstance.Even a dead business can bounce back if the owner still has faith in the vision of the company and remain focused to it.
    The next strategy i'm going to discuss is self confidence.This you  achieve through knowing the stuff you have as a professional.You don't allow somebody else to underrate you.
